IOP Publishing Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Institute of Physics and performs the Institute’s trading activities. It is incorporated in England and Wales as a private company limited by shares under the Companies Acts (Company Number: 00467514). All profits of the trading company are transferred to the Institute, being a charity (registered charity number 293851) under a gift aid declaration.
